I love how user friendly this application is! It is such a useful tool to keep all my web addresses organized. I also like the idea of searching for other bookmarks of people with similar interests. You can find some great new web sites!

Google Docs
This is the first time I've used Google Docs. I like the idea of creating and sharing your information. It's a great tool to collaborate with others and get feedback. I can see art students being able to use this document as a way to communicate with others about their artwork or group assignments.

Feedly was easy to use and navigate. I like organizing and customizing the things I love. This application allows me to have my favorites right at my finger tips without having to check on updated information through multiple sites.
I think it's important teachers have PLNs. It gives them ways to grow and learn. I know that the very first time that I'm blessed with having my own classroom, I'm going to need a lot of help/advice from others. It's nice knowing I have a tools such as the ones on this page to help me along the way.

I can't believe how many tools are out on the web that are so easy and fun to use. Animoto is one of those applications that takes no time at all to create and most of the work is done for you! It's as simple as uploading a few pictures and writing some text. I like that my students could use this for an introduction to an artist they're presenting or to display pieces of art.

I chose gliffy as my final application for my web 2.0 tools. Gliffy is an excellent application for creating charts or diagrams with ease. I used gliffy to show my students an introduction to color theory. It allows students to see information in a new way. I like learning new tools that help me become a better teacher as well as build excitement in the classroom.

I love the concept of this application, it just took me a long time to figure out. I have no clue why, but I was struggling with getting the documents to load the way I liked them. After I figured it out, it was much easier to navigate. I do like the idea of working and collaborating with others in real time. It is such a useful tool for the classroom as well as for personal purposes. I imagine it would be a great way to communicate school documents with faculty or just the members on your team. Imagine the possibilities of this tool in the classroom, endless!
